You don't need a high-quality camera to get better shots. You need to understand the tools you have at your command, better composition skills, and the ability to shoot RAW photos, rather than JPEG. Much of what you will learn in this challenge can be transferred to how you shoot with your mobile device, with a few tweaks - the concepts are the same.

Your Instructor
I have worked in media for most of my professional career. I have worked in broadcast television, convention Audio/Visual, low-budget film-making, and corporate training (as an instructional designer/media developer). Because I didn't have enough to do with all that, I decided to shoot photos and video for a local haunted attraction, A Petrified Forest, located in Central Florida. Two years ago, this led me to take my love for media and rock music and combine them into concert photography.
I have shot in small venues, mid-sized venues, arenas, and festivals. I have shot local bands, as well as national acts.
